Please Note:

The maid comes around 1 pm for cleaning and watering plants. Sunday she takes off. In case you are getting utensils washed from her pls pay her Additional Charges.

Help us conserve energy! Please switch off AC, lights, and fans when not in use.

Other Notes:  

- It is mandatory to specify the number of guests checking in, including children. Additional guest charges will apply.  

- Please ensure payment for extra guests is made prior to check-in.  

- Parties and late-night celebrations are not permitted.  

- Loud music is prohibited.  

- Visitors are strictly not allowed during your stay.  

- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and firearms/weapons, are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.  

- Smoking within the villa/rooms is not allowed.  

- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items.  

- As required by law, every guest must present government-approved photo ID proof that shows their address. Acceptable forms of ID include Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.  

- Inappropriate behavior or violations of the above House Rules may result in a polite refusal to accept a booking. If you have already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

- The management is not responsible for accidents / injuries caused by wildlife. Guests must ensure their own safety.

- Any damage caused to the property will be charged at the actual cost.

Internet & Wi-Fi Notice

We offer complimentary internet and Wi-Fi, but availability and reliability may be affected by external factors. Severe weather and service provider issues may cause disruptions. We'll do our best to address any issues promptly.
