**Fairview Lake Resort (Lower Deck) - Guest Information**

Welcome to Fairview Lake Resort in Mulshi ! Please take note of the following details regarding your stay:

**Property Features:**

- Private units (Lower Deck is one of them) for each guest, with shared premises and a common dining area.

**Timings:**

- Check-In: 1:00 PM 

- Check-Out: 11:00 AM 

**Guest Policy:**

- It is mandatory to specify the number of guests checking in, including children. Additional guest tariffs will be applicable.

- Parties and late-night revelry are not allowed.

- Loud music is prohibited.

- Visitors are strictly not permitted during your stay.

- Illegal activities, including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and firearms/weapons, are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.

- Smoking within the villa/rooms is not allowed.

- Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. Management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to items.

- As required by law, every guest aged 18 and above must present government-approved photo ID proof that shows their address. Acceptable forms of ID include Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.

- Inappropriate behavior or violations of the above House Rules may result in a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

**Meals:**

- Enjoy simple, home-style meals served in our inviting dining area.

- Special meal requests should be communicated to the manager (Kedar) one day before check-in, mentioning your booking name and check-in date. Please refer to the listing image for the menu card.

- Our management team is dedicated to providing you with the best service. We kindly ask that you follow our premises and kitchen rules, including the hours, to help us serve you efficiently.

**Important Notes:**

- Taking the trail to the lake and any activities undertaken are solely the responsibility of the guest. Sapphire Holiday Homes is not responsible for any unauthorized activities within and around the lake that may result in consequences, losses, or damages.

- Please ensure that guests do not disturb neighbors with loud noises or by entering other guests' balconies or premises.

- There may be construction and maintenance activities occurring on the premises. While we strive to minimize disruption, we cannot guarantee it due to the location and labor availability. Your cooperation is appreciated.

**Important Notice Regarding Internet and Wi-Fi Services:**

- Wi-Fi services may be disrupted due to adverse weather conditions, including heavy rains. We ask for your understanding in such cases.

- Power outages may occur due to severe weather, but we do have battery backup available.

While we offer complimentary internet and Wi-Fi services to enhance your stay, please note that availability can be affected by external factors beyond our control:

1. **Weather Conditions:** Severe storms or heavy rainfall may impact internet and Wi-Fi performance.

2. **Service Provider Issues:** Our internet and Wi-Fi functionality depend on our service provider, which may experience outages.
